Speed Tuned Wheel Warranty

Sta-Tru Wheels warrants the Speed Tuned wheels it builds against failure due to material defect or workmanship for a period of 2 years from date of purchase to the registered* original owner. This warranty does not cover failure due to abuse or neglect as determined by Sta-Tru Wheels on inspection of the product. In the event of any claim of failure under the Warranty, dealer must contact STW via our website for a Return Authorization together with all necessary contact information. If the claim is allowed, STW will rebuild or replace the wheel as required and arrange shipment back to the owner via a designated, local bike shop.

Returned Shipments: When sending goods back to Sta-Tru Wheels, return freight charges are the owner’s/dealer’s responsibility and are non-reimbursable. All returns are subject to inspection upon return to the STW warehouse.

Damaged Goods: Products damaged in transit must be reported to the carrier on arrival or as soon as possible thereafter. Dealers are advised to save all packing lists, shipping cartons and packing materials in case a claim is necessary. For its part, STW will do everything possible to speed the process and get you a replacement or credit (if necessary).

(*) STW requests original owners to fill out a Product Registration Form to record their wheel purchase via the Speed Tuned Wheels website. Filling out the registration form helps speed service to riders in case of any warranty claim, and helps STW track product performance and reliability thru rider feedback.
